Lesley Started her career in 2003 as a stylist at a Commission salon. She Later moved on to become a booth renter and after realizing there were few owners who knew how the business side of the industry worked she wanted to share her knowledge. Lesley believes that we are all a team and there is enough business out there for us to succeed together. She doesn’t believe in keeping what worked for her a secret. 

She has done extensive research and wants to share it all. Wether you are in the salon next to her or the one in the next town she wants to see us all elevate the industry together. She earned a degree in Fashion and Retail Merchandising, while building her clientele, after being in the industry for a year, and has take the key concept and principles and applied them to her salon business in order to grow and help those around her. 

She believes in community and positivity. By sharing what she has learned she wants to help bring us all up together in the industry she is so proud to be a part of. We are not just hairdressers we are creative individuals who love what we do and want to make a difference.
